This Double Lateral Bladder is engineered for professional pipe relining applications where reliability and precision are essential. Manufactured from high-grade silicone with a surface energy of only 24 dynes/cm, it significantly reduces epoxy adhesion, allowing resin to slide off easily during curing. This makes silicone a superior choice compared to traditional rubber bladders, which can react negatively with epoxy systems.

With a lightweight 1mm wall thickness, the bladder expands efficiently under pressure while maintaining structural integrity. Its seamless welded construction enhances strength and greatly reduces the risk of leakage, ensuring consistent performance on-site.

Designed for hot water and steam curing methods, this bladder withstands temperatures up to 80°C (176°F), making it suitable for a wide range of trenchless pipe rehabilitation environments.

Please note that silicone bladders are manufactured approximately 10% smaller than their nominal diameter.
For example, DN100 refers to the pipe size, while the bladder itself measures 90mm; DN150 corresponds to a 135mm bladder, and so on. When pressurized, the bladder expands to match the pipe diameter.

Please note that silicone bladders may experience approximately 10% shrinkage during use, which is a normal characteristic of the material.
