Lightweight plain chain is designed for thinner shafts and low-torque machines while safely removing blockages, roots, and failed liners in PVC (ABS) pipes.
This plain chain is designed for use with thinner shafts or power sources with lower torque. Made from 3.5mm (0.14″) stainless steel, it is significantly lighter than the heavy-duty plain chains, allowing it to achieve effective cleaning with much less torque.
The chain does not have hard metal bits fused to the cutting edge, making it suitable for PVC (ABS) pipes.
These chains come with or without a drill head, depending on your selection. The Croco drill head attached to the front helps cut roots or grind failed liners inside PVC pipes while preventing damage to the pipe wall.
It is made from stainless steel to prevent oxidation and is adjustable, so you can clean various smaller diameter pipes with the same chain if you spread the hubs further apart when you assemble them on the shaft. The tools use centrifugal force to center themselves inside the pipe, so you can be assured that the chain will clean the entire pipe wall.

Important: Using an imperial Allen key may strip the set screws. We recommend using a metric Allen key instead.
