These individual packer base set components are designed for pipe relining and allow you to build, customize, or replace only the parts you need. Instead of buying a complete packer base set, you can now select specific elements such as packer heads, rods, or middle bar heads to match your setup.
All packer heads are made from lightweight anodized aluminum and are fully compatible with our packer base chassis. Whether you’re working on straight pipe runs or navigating multiple bends, these interchangeable parts let you tailor your packer for different diameters and bladder lengths.
Available parts include 30mm, 40mm and 60mm heads with either an air connector and T16 shackle, or a G1/4 plug that seals the airway while the bladder is inflated. You can also choose 8mm or 10mm rods in various lengths, as well as matching middle bar head pairs.
