Description

The Packer Base Set is designed with versatility and transition in mind. Instead of using multiple rigid packers for different pipe diameters, this system allows you to build various packer sizes using a single chassis. This reduces inventory needs while increasing flexibility on site.

The non-rigid design allows the assembly to navigate through multiple bends more easily before reaching the repair zone, making it especially useful in complex pipeline layouts.

Included is a central rod that enables the assembly of T- or Y-shaped bladders, allowing for efficient junction repairs.

The system is compatible with a range of materials, including rubber, silicone, calibration hose packers, resin, mat materials, and reinforced fibrous liners.

The chassis is equipped with a T16 slide connection, allowing it to be pushed into position using T slide push rods. When used together with the T-Slide Turning Tool, the operator can precisely rotate T- or Y-shaped bladders before inflation for accurate placement.
