The Picote Pipe Cutter is a specialized tool designed to quickly and safely remove overshot lining that has extended into pipe connections. It attaches to a flexible shaft and allows precise cutting inside lateral connections, helping restore proper flow and prevent blockages.
During pipe relining, liner material can sometimes extend beyond the intended section and obstruct a main line or connection. The Picote Pipe Cutter is designed to solve this issue efficiently and safely.
The tool connects to a flexible shaft and is inserted through a lateral connection. When rotated in one direction, it remains inactive for safe positioning. Once correctly placed, reversing the rotation engages the cutting edges, allowing controlled removal of excess lining.
There are two Pipe Cutter models – the Standard and the Ultra Flex. Both the Standard and Ultra Flex models feature panels with hardened steel button teeth and either can navigate bends up to 90°. In this store, we only provide the Standard Pipe Cutter, but you may get in touch with us if you prefer the Ultra Flex.
Important: Using an imperial Allen key may strip the set screws. We recommend using a metric Allen key instead.
