Description

These sandpaper panels are pre-cut in the most commonly used sizes for convenience and efficiency on site. The 24 grit, close-coated, resin-over-resin construction is extremely durable and thick,, so cutting it would typically require a grinder with a steel blade.

Each pack includes 10 panels.

The abrasive is designed for aggressive material removal and performs well under high contact pressure, making it ideal for preparing internal pipe surfaces during the pipe relining process. It ensures consistent abrasion while maintaining durability under demanding conditions.

These panels are waterproof and suitable for both wet and dry sanding applications. They also include a burn-free treatment to reduce overheating during use, along with good stretch resistance for improved stability during operation. The material is also resistant to oil and water and can be used for deburring forged and die-cast metals.

This sandpaper is used in conjunction with our Sanding Tool for the preparation of pipes for the pipe relining process.

We also offer sandpaper rolls  that are 164ft (50 meters) long if you need to cut your own to a specific size.
