Captain Hook is a compact retrieval tool designed for extracting stubborn obstructions from pipelines such as drain chains, wet wipes, roots, plastic bags, and stuck cleaning brushes.

Description

Captain Hook is designed for controlled and reliable retrieval of objects inside pipes. It attaches securely to a flexible shaft using set screws, ensuring stable performance during operation.

This handy tool is ideal for grabbing drain chains stuck in pipes, as well as removing roots, wet wipes, plastic bags, and other common obstructions. The 4mm thick stainless steel fingers are adjustable and can be bent to the shape best suited for the job, depending on the conditions inside the pipe.

The chassis features two mounting points: a central position and an offset angled option. This allows for flexible setup and different fastening combinations to suit various retrieval situations.

Its 4mm (0.16″) thick stainless steel fingers are delivered straight, allowing the operator to bend and shape them according to the situation inside the pipe. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of retrieval scenarios, from soft blockages like wipes to more rigid objects such as chains or brush heads. Please take a look at this video for instructions on bending the fingers.

We have also created this video demonstrating how to use Captain Hook to retrieve drain chains stuck in the pipe.

Depending on your preference, we also offer other types of grabbers, such as a Chain Retrieval Tool and a Spiral Drain Hook.
